Lorna Hegarty, Master Certified Coach and holder of an Adult Education Diploma, is the President of LCH Resources Ltd. For over 25 years, Lorna has held a successful career in a variety of sectors including Human Resources, learning and giving to the corporate world, most recently as Vice President of Training. Her career has enabled her to  work in, and gain comprehensive knowledge of workplace realities in not only  Canadian, but U.S. and internationally markets. 

 

​She is a Master Coach, MCC, credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her expertise is diverse, and includes her Certification in Advanced Negotiation and Mediation Skills and Alternative Dispute Resolution through the Law Society of Upper Canada. Additionally, ​Lorna is a graduate of the University of Toronto, as well as Saint Francis Xavier University with a Diploma in Adult Education and a Masters in Business and Administration.

As a coach, she has shared her knowledge with executives, business owners, teams, families and individuals alike, helping them make a savings plan, no matter how much they earn. By equipping people with the right tools and strategies, Lorna works to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to build for their future.
